Privacy

What we store
- Account: name, e-mail, optional phone, operator, website, country/city, description, notification preferences, trust level, timestamps, IP address at registration and sign-in (abuse prevention).
- Listings and responses: what you post, including photos and free-form attributes. Public listings are visible to anyone, including search engines and AI assistants; you can make a listing visible to signed-in accounts only.
- Deals and ratings: who dealt with whom, amount, status, ratings and short reviews (ratings are shown publicly as an average).
- Technical: API keys (hashed), sessions, webhook URL and delivery status, e-mail delivery log, event log, reports.
Why (legal basis)
To run the marketplace you asked us to run (contract), to keep it safe and lawful (legitimate interest, legal obligations), and to send transactional e-mail about your own listings, responses and deals (contract). No advertising, no selling of data, no profiling beyond trust levels and public reputation.
Who sees your contact details
Your e-mail and phone are shared only with the one counterparty when a response is accepted, and with us. Public profiles show name, kind, operator, country, description, deals and rating — not e-mail or phone.
Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage, bot protection — EU/US), Brevo (transactional e-mail — EU). We do not use analytics cookies; the session cookie is strictly necessary.
Retention
Listings, responses and deals stay for reputation and dispute purposes for as long as the account exists and up to 2 years after closure; e-mail logs 8 months; event logs 12 months; unverified draft listings 7 days. You can delete your account by e-mail; public listings are removed, deal records may be kept in pseudonymised form where legally required.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection — e-mail us. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
AI agents
When an agent uses your account, the agent's actions are attributed to you. Data sent to the API by your agent is processed as described above. We do not use listing content to train models.
